Display Files are instrumental in assisting your caller with instructions. Also, notice that YOUR DEFAULT USER PROFILE has been recalled in fields above. DEFAULT information is very useful if you have repeat customers. Notice that in the field below you are being asked for your voice phone number, but MBPRO has retrieved the phone number you told it while configuring your Default User Profile and is allowing you to hit ENTER to accept the data or change it. This is called OPTIONAL REPEAT.
